Fill carrier PDF applications
Some carriers still take applications as PDF files. 1ClickForm will fill those too: tick the carrier in the intake form and download its own application with your client's answers already in the fields, still editable.

See how fast your team quotes
Agency admins will see how long a quote takes from the first Snap to a submitted application, per agent and per carrier, so you can see where the time goes.
Release log
Extension 1.14.1
On-page Snap shows up in the popup
A client you snap with the on-page button now appears in the extension popup straight away.
The status line in the on-page box ("Snapped 17 fields") is no longer cut off.
Version 1.20.0Extension 1.14.0
Long fills keep running with the popup closed
A fill no longer stops when you close the extension popup. Switch tabs or windows while a long carrier form fills.
If a Snap needs an answer from you first, for example whether a new address is a new property, the on-page box asks instead of reporting success.
Signing in from the intake form button takes you straight back to the client you were opening.
Version 1.19.0Extension 1.13.0
Snap and Fill buttons right on the page
On a supported CRM or carrier page, the 1ClickForm icon sits at the right edge. Point at it for Snap and Fill without opening the extension. Switch it off in the popup's footer if you prefer.
Fields a carrier only shows after another answer, such as RVOS's form, dwelling and occupancy cascade, now fill as well.
Wellington's second screen (applicant, underwriting and coverage) now fills.
The intake form asks fewer questions: nothing a carrier calculates itself, no duplicate choices, and one street line instead of four boxes.
Dollar amounts reach carrier forms in the format they expect.
Version 1.18.0Extension 1.12.0
SageSure, Thore Exchange and clients with several properties
SageSure and Thore Exchange homeowners quotes now fill.
Wellington's dropdowns fill, and its Age of Roof is worked out from the roof year you already have.
A client can have several properties. Pick the property in the extension before you Snap or Fill, and choose carriers per property.
The intake form has buttons that open each selected carrier's application.
Version 1.17.0
Save the intake form even when it isn't finished
Empty required fields no longer block saving. The form saves and tells you what is still missing.
Required questions stand out, so you can see at a glance what a carrier insists on.
Version 1.15.0Extension 1.11.0
Intake form: collect what the CRM doesn't have
Each client has an intake form listing the questions your selected carriers need, so you fill the gaps once instead of on every carrier.
Open it from the extension with the Intake Form button after a Snap.
Tower Hill's "Is this a new purchase?" is answered for you from the purchase and effective dates.
