1ClickForm is a Chrome extension. You sign in with your work e-mail and a 6-digit code, with no password, and quote the way you already do. Just without the retyping.
Open the client's detail page in your CRM, click the 1ClickForm icon and press Snap Data.
The client card appears and stays loaded until you snap another one. Snapping the same client again pulls in any correction you made in the CRM.

Check
Press Intake Form, tick the carriers you are quoting, answer what is marked required and press Save.
Each question is asked once for all of your carriers. Saving with gaps is allowed: the save bar names what is still missing.
3
Fill
Open the carrier's application, go to the page with the fields and press Fill Form.
It ends with a count such as Filled 34/41. Move on to the next carrier: the client stays loaded.
Before you submit
Every field 1ClickForm wrote is tinted green. Anything without the tint is yours to complete.
Filled 34/41 means seven fields were left empty: no stored value, or no matching option at that carrier. It never invents an answer. A blank beats a wrong one on an application.
1ClickForm does not submit and does not decide anything. Every field stays editable and the last look is yours.
A value you fix on the carrier's page is not stored. Put corrections in the intake form, or in the CRM and snap again.
Snap and Fill right on the page
On a portal 1ClickForm recognises, its icon sits on the right edge of the page. Snap and Fill from there without opening the popup.
Drag it wherever it suits you; the spot is remembered on every page.
Don't want it? Switch off On-page buttons in the popup's footer.
A client with two homes
Snap the second home's CRM page and choose Create new property. Choose Update this property when it is a correction.
Not in the CRM at all? Popup → Add property opens the intake form ready to add it by hand.
Applicant details and the mailing address are shared. Risk address, property details and coverage belong to each property.
Before each fill, pick the home in the popup's property picker.
Why a fill takes a few seconds
It waits for the page between fields, because many portals load the next dropdown after every answer.
It comes back for fields that appear later, one level of a cascade at a time, which is why the count climbs in bursts.
At the end it re-writes any value the portal threw away.

The quick start fits on one printable page to keep next to the keyboard. The full manual covers the extension, the intake form, properties, your team and plan, with search.
