1ClickForm ("we," "our," or "us") provides workflow acceleration software for licensed insurance professionals.

When using 1ClickForm:
- You (the agency or licensed professional) are the Data Controller of your client information.
- 1ClickForm acts as a Data Processor on your behalf.
We process client data only to provide the service.
We do not use client data for marketing or resale.
3. Information We Collect
3.1 Account Information
When you create an account, we collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Business name
- Billing information (processed securely by Stripe)
We do not store full credit card numbers.
3.2 Client Data Stored in the Cloud
When you use 1ClickForm, you may capture and store structured client information, including:
- Names
- Addresses
- Contact details
- Property characteristics
- Quote-related structured fields
This information is securely stored in cloud infrastructure for the purpose of:
- Reusing structured data across carrier forms
- Enabling quote efficiency
- Improving field-matching accuracy over time
We do not resell, share, or monetize client data.
4. How We Use Stored Data
Stored client data is used exclusively to:
- Prefill quote forms at your direction
- Maintain structured client records for your account
- Improve mapping between structured fields and carrier forms
We do not access or review client data except as necessary to provide technical support.

- Does not log into systems automatically
- Does not bypass authentication
- Does not submit forms automatically
Users may request deletion of stored client data at any time by contacting support@1clickform.com.

Client data is retained as long as the account remains active or until deletion is requested.
Upon account termination, stored data may be deleted within a reasonable timeframe.
8. Third-Party Providers
